[How & Why Disaster Strikes Us...???]
“No disaster strikes except by permission of Allah .”
(At-Taghaabun 64:11)
It is clearly form the verses that Allah is the only one that cause everything to happen and nothing happen without His permission. Allah know everything and He allow it to happen as a test for us.

nd He is the Exalted in Might, the Forgiving -"
(Al-Mulk 67:2)
Prophet Muhammad s.a.w further elaborated on this concept by saying;
“Be aware that if the whole of mankind gathered together in order to do something to help you, they would only be able to do something for you which Allah has already written for you. Likewise, if the while of mankind gathered together to harm you, they would only be able to do something to haram you which Allah had already written happen to you”

Allah has explained that the wisdom behind these apparent irregularities is often beyond man’s immediate comprehension due to his limited scope of knowledge;
“But perhaps you hate a thing and it is good for you; and perhaps you love a thing and it is bad for you. And Allah Knows, while you know not.”
(Al-Baqarah 2:216)
